PLEASE ASK YOUR DOCTOR FOR A PRESCRIPTION FOR MASSAGE! We are required to collect 7% sales tax on most of our services at Full Circle. However, if you have a prescription or note from your medical doctor, chiropractic physician, dentist or psychological doctor stating that you need therapeutic massage, we are allowed to waive the sales tax.
